market research agency and as European Insight & Research Director for an international marketing communication agency. In addition, he has advanced training in innovation & change management (incl. design thinking) and was a lecturer in business anthropology (qualitative methods, cultural psychology) at HMKW Frankfurt / Main. His expertise is motivational research, positioning studies and communication analysis.

experience in market research and marketing consulting as researcher, consultant, unit director and managing director. He is Professor of Business Psychology focusing on the psychology of advertising, market research, consumer behaviour and brand management at the University (TH) of Aschaffenburg.
